Yongsheng Mold Project’s Detail
1.Analysis mould drawing before manufacturing,we will have a meeting to discuss the project, check the drawing good or not ,structure is reasonable or not , size is feasible or not, and then confirm to our client by email.
2.Mold flow analysis, we will evaluate the mold plan possible or not through simulated the injection mold/die-casting mold to obtain the processing data’s detail in the computer, it is better for making a best mold plan, improve mold design and product design,and then send the mold flow analysis to our client by email.
3.Prepare material ,We will purchase mold material from our golden supplier, Such as the mold base ,mold core, copper parts, hardware item, and so on.
4.Accessories parts manufacture, The first step was inspecting purchased materials，later subdivide the material to process, miller processing, first adjust the miller machine head to ensure the tolerance in 0.02mm to compress workpiece.and then Screw hole processing ,ejector hole processing, wear silk hole processing , rough insert pin and countersunk head .
5. Mold processing, Plate A/B processing, Panel processing, Ejector Retainer Plate processing, base plate processing. mold fitter processing,
6.Mold core processing, first trimmed mold core , coarse grinding it ,miller processing, CNC rough processing , heat treatment, accurate grinding, CNC accurate grinding , EDM processing , die polished .
7. Electrode processing, Put mold core into EDM spark machine or CNC machine to adjust the mold core location to processing.
8. Mold base part processing, cam block , compress panel , spure spreader, sprue bush and inserts processing.
9. Mold Inspection before install,all processed mold base ,mold core ,hardware parts and other accessories need to checkout carefully ,whether it is qualified and precise, suitable assembly or not .
10. Mold assembly, to assembles all processed mold core, mold base, insert and other accessories .
11.Fited mold, it need to settled the mold after finished mold assembly .
12.Testing mold, Put the mold into injection machine to testing, and constant adjustment mold until make a good sample to our customer.
We will offer complete mold testing video , 10 pieces testing product, in addition ,and all the testing date reports(including mold inspection report ,mold testing report) to you. Also ensure to manufacture a quality and satisfied product to you.
Injection product manufacture
Injection product: Injection department have 100 employees , Over 35sets from 25tons to 1300tons
injection machines is Japanese brand like Fanuc,Toshiba,Mitsubishi,Sumitomo,JSW , Our injection machines can produce 1g to 8000g products and the monthly output can reach to 5-7million pieces, There are 8 sets of Japanese JSW vertical injection machines which can produce overmold parts.
Quality Assurance: Injection Department will make strict inspection of injection molding products and the mass production will be start only when first piece is qualified, During the manufacturing process, products wil be randomly inspected before delivery, All products will be inspected again including dimensional accuracy, function, assembly, color,and surface treatment, etc.
Detection instrument: We have Constant temperature and humidity tester, Salt spray tester, Horizontal tension meter machine, Tape wear-resisting tester, QHQ Manual pencil hardness tester.
